Courses for 2020

At CrossFire, each course is taught in small, intimate settings with proximity to the instructors. From reading through the Scriptures, to learn how to discern to voice of the Holy Spirit, this mentorship-based model is unique in the academic world.

Jesus Christ specifically taught that there are four mandatory keys of true discipleship. In fact, He emphasized the vital importance of these “keys” by warning His followers that without these disciplines in their lives, they CANNOT be His disciples.

1. Abiding in His word. "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed,” Jn. 8:31.
2. Loving one another. “By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another,” Jn. 13:35.
3. Bearing Christ’s cross. “Whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple,” Lk. 14:27.
4. Producing spiritual fruit. “By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, so you will be My disciples," Jn. 15:8.

Focusing on these four basic characteristics, CrossFire Christian College has developed a 6-part degree track for 2019. Each of these six short term intensives (seminars) includes a pair of disciplines which combined make up the twelve necessary disciplines that a growing disciple of Christ should have incorporated into his spiritual life. These include: Reading, Meditating, Praising, Worshiping, Filling, Gifting, Praying, Fasting, Hearing, Journaling, Witnessing, and Serving.
